A standoff was underway at a hotel early Friday between SWAT members and a man whom authorities say had earlier fatally shot his estranged wife and critically wounded his estranged daughter outside a Roman Catholic church.
Arthur Edigin, 62, is believed to be inside a hotel in Houston off the Sam Houston Parkway, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said. Negotiators were working to make contact with Edigin. -- More...
