Buying American, we all believe, is better for our own producers and domestic economy. Tariffs can be beneficial to protecting American manufacturing and production, as well. While we all understand that we live in a global market, and the need to have trading partners goes all the way back to the dawn of America’s existence, there needs to be a balance that ensures our exports exceed our imports.
