Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing a Catholic non-governmental organization operating in the state and wants to have its registration revoked, alleging that it is encouraging illegal immigration and operating a stash house for those entering illegally.

It might be interesting to have the same approach provided to Congressional representatives who have markedly supported the policies and practices that have added to the problem. It might be used to address state level candidates who try to get on ballot in Texas.
