Texas Gov. Showed Up For Dallas While Dealing With His Own Injuries
Obama could have a hang nail and he wouldn’t come close to showing the strength and fortitude of Texas Governor Abbott
On Thursday, Abbott suffered severe burns when, during a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyo., he was scalded by hot water in an accident. However, he made no mention of what spokesman Matt Hirsch called “extensive second- and third-degree burns” on both legs below the knees on Friday when he stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Dallas police officials.
Abbott had been on his way back from a Wyoming hospital when he heard about the Dallas shootings Thursday night. -- MORE...
