In lieu of Zohran Mamdani being elected as mayor of New York, let it be declared that from this point on, New York will no longer be known as the “Big Apple.” Instead, the city will be called by the more fitting moniker of the “Red Apple.”
Yes, the voters have spoken, and in this case, they have dug themselves a real hole. Continuing to vote Democrat with the city decaying in front of their eyes is bad enough, but to vote in a Democrat/Socialist/Communist is taking things to a psychotic level of civil ineptitude.
