That we don’t see the dispensations (increments) of Gods interaction with man is not surprising since modern men cannot recognize the increments by which their own demise is fed to them by the enemy. Asking someone to sit down and consider how God has taken us all to class on our history, and graduated us into the next state of revelation, would be a hard sell.
