Recruiting is done by mentoring through a big network of secret societies. Indoctrination through public schools from kindergarten through college. UN and WEC support and manage the high level influencers. The enforcers are the intelligence agencies like the CIA and the Jesuits. EVERYBODY below the top layer of the pyramid is a useful idiot and will be thrown under the bus when their usefulness expires.

One plausible scenario, after a period of wars (Ukraine, Taiwan, various middle-east and African counties) and rumors of wars (Russian retaliation to the international bankers A/K/A One World Government / NATO / US) created by the international bankers to foster their personal wealth as well as further the goals of their religion – the destruction of Christianity as they view as an a violation of the first commandment, one man becomes the leader of the One World Government ( Zelensky? - immoral, an actor, dictator, hater of Christians, pretends to be a warrior while he sends tens of thousands to die to keep him in power ) who then signs a pact with the Israeli guarantying their security and the rebuilding of the Temple to be used by the One World “Abrahamic” religion which includes ALL religions that accept him as the patriarch with the current Jesuit Pope as the chief priest.
This will signal THE great reset, that is the end of the Church age with the religious system RESET to the way it was the year 33.
The proposed timeline for the creation of the One World Government, 2030, 2,000 years after Christ began His ministry at the age of 30 is interesting to say the least.

If you were going to create what's universally known as an evil NWO and force people to do things, "You will own nothing and be happy", then why would we know who the people at the top are? We know names and faces of Soros, Gates, Schwab, etc, and some of their backstories; but why do we think that the ones at the top of the hierarchy want us to know who they are? I think we don't know the ones at the top, by design.
