Although he has famously called Court-packing a “bonehead idea” throughout his political career, President Joe Biden is now encouraging members of his Administration to consider the pros and cons of adding more seats to the Supreme Court. This is an attempt by the Executive Branch to dissolve the notion that there are three, co-equal branches of government and will give more power to the presidential administration. The ACLJ opposes this idea and is preparing to fight against it in court.
