THIS JUST IN: In racketeer Rick Rizzolo's Interrogatory answers that were filed this afternoon in United States Federal Court, he refuses to answer questions, then repeats THIIRTY NINE times that Plaintiff Kirk Henry must establish that "an order of the Eighth Judicial District Court is a fraud," in order for it to be permissible to conduct a Debtor's Exam and Discovery of personal assets.
