President Donald Trump on Sunday appeared to confirm reports that his administration will accept a Boeing 747-8 luxury plane from the royal family in Qatar to be used as Air Force One and dismissed concerns about one of the largest foreign gifts ever given to the U.S. government saying it would be a “public and transparent transaction.”
