Trump to Arm Syrian Kurds, Even as Turkey Strongly Objects
WASHINGTON — President Trump has approved a plan to provide Syrian Kurds with heavier weapons so they can participate in the battle to retake Raqqa from the Islamic State, the Pentagon said on Tuesday.
