President Biden has ended the Security Council’s failed eight-year pursuit to achieve a nebulous two-state solution embodied in Resolution 2334 (2016)--replacing it with his own specific two-state solution contained in United States of America Draft Resolution S/2024/448 --adopted by the Security Council 14-0 as Resolution 2735 on June 10, 2024.
