You have the right to protest. You don't have the right to invade people's work spaces, and when someone is having a meeting, the fact that you disagree with their action doesn't give you the right to jump up on their meeting table, sit there and refuse to leave.
That does not make you a hero of free speech. It just makes you an obnoxious, petulant jerk.
