We Can’t See What We Can’t Name

One of my favorite anthropological themes is that we can’t see what we can’t name. In other words, we look at our surroundings through the lens of our experiences. Once we’re familiar enough with it to give it a name we can see it every time. Take Ezekiel and the wheel. He didn’t know what was up there in the sky, but he knew what it resembled. He lived in a culture that had invented the wheel and used it daily. Old Ezekiel looked up, rubbed his eyes, then said to himself, ‘Hmmm. It’s a circle with something that looks like a hub in the middle, and I see spokes going from the hub to the outer rim. I see what looks like eyes around the outside of the rim, and they’re all different colors! It doesn’t roll like a wheel, but just goes off into the distance on a straight line, pretty darn fast, too. Wait. There are two outer rims, so it looks like a wheel inside a wheel. Way up in the middle of the air! There’s a song for it! The Charioteers tell the story of Ezekiel with music and amazing harmonies.

Astounding that a Canadian sees the truth so clearly while American politicians, natter on about “the quality of the candidate” and how the donkeys were significantly more well funded than the elephants, blah blah blah...

NO!

Above reasons played an extremely small role in why the so-called red wave didn’t overwhelmingly materialize during our 2022 US midterms. Dr Bruce, however, knows why, as do we populists.

I, for one, saw firsthand the blue wheel turning while as a poll worker in my state’s 2021 early gubernatorial election—“glitchy” Dominion voting machines, non-neutral and predatory county election techs, manipulative D poll workers who’d try to corral voters toward their favorite “under used” machines, inexplicable dawn voting dumps I found on my distributed county laptop that listed hundreds of ballots cast throughout our county before the majority of voters have even had their morning coffee much less visit a polling place to vote, etc.

Did I report these observations? Yes, to an election integrity group I’d been volunteering for. Its lawyer took statements from us. But unfortunately very little has changed. My governor was re-elected despite his punitive stance toward our First and Second constitutional amendments, his willingness to flout US federal immigration laws. His Soros-supported AG, and his astounding greed, arrogance, ignorance, blatant hostility toward his conservative constituents—yet the massive amounts of our tax $$ is apparently blue-green enough for him and his Dem monopoly to keep raising and raking in. We’re nothing but “knuckleheads” when we complained about him declaring like some Brit king that my business was “unessential” during the pandemic while the local liquor store and Walmart were “essential. “

We are mighty pissed off. Today is Pearl Harbor Day and the morn broke foggy and somber. It’s becoming more and more *visible* to us, however, that the commie elites hostile to America and the filthy red patriotic hoi polloi who built it, have not only become firmly entrenched within it over time but also immovable as they and their corrupt two-tier system of justice actively seek and destroy their enemies, authentic American taxpayer-citizens!—by using any means necessary.

Please give us more of Dr Bruce and other writers like him. We need our Canadian compatriots to help spread the word and awareness that we who cherish fairness, freedom, and justice are being actively disenfranchised.
