With our friends at the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF), we filed an amici curiae brief in support of Students for Fair Admission’s petition for a writ of certiorarito the Supreme Court, challenging the decision of the U.S. District Court for the First Circuit that upholds Harvard College’s race-based affirmative action admissions program.
