Toronto - Today at Queen's Park, Jim Wilson, MPP revealed that a Windsor hospital is handing out cigarettes to patients. Hotel-Dieu Grace confirmed with the Ontario PC Caucus that they distribute cigarettes to get patients into the Emergency Room.
