In November 2022, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approved the removal of four dams on the Lower Klamath River. The Klamath River Renewal Corporation (KRRC) is already removing the dams, as the Globe has reported here, and here, and here, and here.
The Klamath River flows 257 miles through Oregon and northern California, and empties into the Pacific Ocean. ---More...
