At the Easter Egg hunt on the lawn of the White House, Joe Biden had to be coaxed and cajoled a few times by his wife, Jill Biden, to wave for the cameras.
When I saw this event broadcast later in the day, it reminded me of the story my mother told me of the day she and her classmates took part in the Easter Egg Hunt on the White House lawn when Calvin Coolidge was the 30th President.
At age eight my mother had little knowledge of politics, but she remembered that her folks, and others it seemed, didn't much care for Coolidge.The Comment section of online publications is the new front in the ongoing Cancel Culture Battle.

The Republican Party remains just as apathetic about our faith in the election process as the Democrat Party does. They are a UniParty- flip sides of the same coin. The Republican Party mucketymucks won't entertain any talk of stealing or cheating in 2020, even if a handful of Congressmen agree that it happened. Big Republican names and offices remain obsessively persecuting voters for January 6, 2021 even while the Democrat administration in the White House commits crime after crime. A conspiracy to prevent "America First" in every way, shape, and form exists between both Parties and I hope we wake up to that soon.
