I simply do not understand why a oversight committee has to ask more than once for documents related to anything, on any subject matter that is before the committee. They hand out security clearances like cheap candy no days. So that should not be a hindrance. Besides China at the very least knows what in those documents already. Hell, the research was done there for Christ sake.
