Woman gets 12 years in death of Nashville officer who tried to save her life


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) - A woman has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide by intoxication in the death of a Metropolitan Nashville Police officer. Juli Glisson pleaded guilty Tuesday to the charge in the death of Officer Eric Mumaw, who died while trying to save her life. A judge sentenced her to serve 12 years in prison, the top sentence in that range. Other charges were dropped and Glisson won't be able to drive for 10 years. -- More...
