Louisiana Governor Plans To Call Out 'Hug A Thug' Judges

I share Louisiana governor's outrage at a recent mass shooting in a mall bearing the state name. Tragically, a teenaged girl was murdered during this trending gun battle.

To his credit, Governor Landry featured parents of Black murder victims in his successful first gubernatorial bid. Conservatives rarely do such commonsense campaigning:

I can't help but notice subsequent silence on losses in my community from the Governor's Mansion since 2023. A young White woman just died in a commercial setting and 'Pelican State' Republicans are up in arms for suspected racial and fiscal reasons. Were she a Black girl gunned down in that suburban setting, skeptics wonder, would we have the same outcry from 'law and order' party members?

I advocate for Black crime victims not only because they're part of my community but due to dogma dismissing them by 'blue' city leadership and distant 'red party' ones as well. My advocacy further speaks up for and stands beside crime victims and activists from many communities. I just make sure ones who resemble me aren't swept under the rug by picky partisans.

The governor's challenge to call out 'hug a thug' judges is music to my cynical ears. An even sweeter melody would be official visits to Black crime victims, their families and safety advocates betrayed by leftists running their cities.
