During a House Committee on Oversight and Reform hearing on Thursday, Dr. Bhavik Kumar, who was a witness at the hearing, asserted that men can get pregnant — Kumar describes himself on social media as a "Family medicine physician" and "Abortion and trans care provider in the south."
