Mr. Prime Minister, The recent push for a coalition government by the NDP, Liberals and Bloc to topple the rightfully and democratically elected conservative government, is both disgraceful and cowardly. The leaders of the three parties responsible for this attempted coup have no honor and don't understand the meaning of the words; duty, honor, loyalty, service, and respect.

They make these decisions and force these actions, not with the best interests of Canadians in mind, but with power, arrogance, and greed as their main reasons of disloyalty! How else could they have come to their decision?! Eight weeks ago our democracy spoke and gave the conservative government a mandate for at least the next 4 years, only 12 seats shy of a majority! I think Mr.'s Layton and Dion threw hissy fits like so many spoiled children, and Duceppe only wants to separate, hmmmmm, now there is an idea worth revisiting????! What of traditional values passed down by generations of free thinking and responsible individuals that embody everything that freedom means.............what our democracy should mean. I have conveyed my thoughts to my premier as many other Albertans have, and with God's guidance and the wisdom of honorable men, my province will secede from the commonwealth of Canada should this coup be successful. As I stated to Mr. Stelmach; " we will survive and prosper without Canada, Canada will not survive without Alberta and it's sister provinces." It is time that Ottawa understood that it's right to govern is afforded to them only at our discretion, and if they want to behave in a foolish manner we will take away from them, what we have so graciously given! Jason Wright Alberta, Canada (for now)
