AIM Special Report Highlights Iran's Hizballah Threat

Washington, D.C. – The nationwide press watchdog group Accuracy in Media (AIM) has released a new special report, “Hizballah: Iran’s Other Looming Threat to the West,”highlighting the national security threat posed by Iranian-linked Hizballah to United States interests at home and abroad, even as the Obama Administration makes friendly moves toward this formally designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).

This powerful new report reveals significant, under-reported facts about Hizballah, including:

• The role that Iran plays in pulling Hizballah’s strings; this terrorist group should be seen as an Iranian proxy operating in countries worldwide.
• That Hizballah engages in criminal activities on the American border and even on America’s sovereign soil.
• That this terrorist group is capable of dramatically harming U.S. national interests, and was involved in the 9/11 attacks.
