In a recent CFP article I finally came right out and said it for the first time; we have a constitutional crisis. It felt good to get those words out there to identify what so many Republicans and conservative talking heads have been afraid to say. Our fellow patriotic conservatives have been dancing around the point for years, most often saying we want to avoid a constitutional crisis. Reality check: WE HAVE A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS as demonstrated by the presence of the Marxist Democrat’s “elected” massively incompetent President and Vice-President. I believe these two people were chosen by the Marxist Democrat Party as “cannon fodder” for the Trump train to run over. The last thing in the world the Marxists expected was that they would cheat enough to actually get these two incompetent fools elected.

Their unexpected success has now blown up in their face, and they have found no way to control the mouths of Boss Joe and his sidekick Kamala. They open their mouths and gibberish comes out. Boss Joe can’t even track well enough to follow a written script. The puppet-in-chief can’t even perform as a competent puppet. Who are the unelected shadow government puppet masters who are turning the United States of America into a tyrannical dictatorship?
That is constitutional crisis number one. The Executive Branch of the United States government is lawlessly operating outside the enumerated powers of Article II of the United States Constitution.
The second constitutional crisis is being played out in the Legislative Branch of the United States government. The Speaker of the House of Representatives is much like the President and Vice-President; often when she speaks, only gibberish comes out, calling into question her mental acuity. The January 6th House Select Committee is a Marxist political kangaroo court proceeding. It is in violation of several rights under the Bill of Rights. This is, by far, the most highly visible violation of the Legislature’s enumerated powers as defined in Article I of the United States Constitution.
The third aspect of this constitutional crisis is the fact that members of the Legislative Branch and members of the Executive Branch administration are inciting illegal demonstrations against individual members of the Judicial Branch, Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. This is clearly against federal law, exceeding the powers granted the Legislature and Executive Branches as enumerated in the United States Constitution. Furthermore, the Executive Branch is lawlessly refusing enforcing those federal laws.

Lastly, the constitutional crisis is exacerbated by the failure of both the Executive and Legislative Branches to acknowledge and comply with the separation of powers as defined in the United States Constitution. The level of interference of one branch by the other two branches operating in concert is the antitheses of the principles our Founding Fathers used when they designed the democratic republic we know as the United States of America.
If what we are living today in 2022 is not a constitutional crisis, someone needs to tell me exactly what a constitutional crisis looks like. There’s one thing I know for sure; if we are unwilling to admit our constitutional problem, we will never get it fixed.
I don’t like to identify problems without offering a solution. First, delete as many Marxists from elected positions at all levels of government by November 8, 2022. Second, state governments must begin reclaiming functions that have been stolen by the federal government. States must act in accordance with the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution to deny the federal government powers they are not entitled to, but have assumed. Exercise 10th Amendment States Rights to the maximum. We need to neuter the federal government to the greatest extent as possible.

Boss Joe’s imported illegal aliens
To demonstrate that we are “mad as hell and won’t take it anymore,” states must gather up Boss Joe’s imported illegal aliens and deliver them to the White House until he puts a stop to illegal immigration. Send illegals to the White House over and over again, if necessary. Don’t allow him to continue to inflict these problems on the states. That is peaceful civil disobedience in the best tradition of community organizers everywhere.
We have a constitutional crisis whether we like it or not. In 2022, the United States Constitution is broken. We must begin repairs ASAP! Failure to do so will result in the U.S. Constitution disappearing forever.
