Are Democrats Liable for Hate Crimes Due to the Impeachment?

When the Senate acquits President Donald J. Trump of the bogus crimes fabricated by the Democrat leadership and fanned to a frenzy by the national mainstream media, one has to wonder whether such a blatant attempt to “kill the king” should be ignored. Where’s the “Justice” Democrats to demand justice that the Trump smear campaign was unjust? Where is the Southern Poverty Law Center when blatant hate has been exhibited in such a public display on national television? How could the American Civil Liberties Union be so absent in defending a citizen’s individual civil liberties? Have the organs of justice ground to a halt?

Actually, a genuine organ of justice was just exercised. The United States Senate boldly upheld the Constitution of the United States, which just happens to be the foundation of the American system of justice. And unfortunately, the three organizations aforementioned are not organs of justice - hardly even organs of fairness. The charade of an impeachment proceeding that had happened in the House of Representatives had morphed from “Not my president” at the time of President Trump’s inauguration to the full-blown extrapolation of such wishful thinking as exhibited during the past months of “investigations.” It is increasingly clear that the antics of Democrat leaders and their mobilized minions are what have already been described as “hate crimes” by the Lefitist “bastions of justice.” Yet, the proverbial shoe is on the other foot. The outright hatred originated after Donald Trump won the nomination of the GOP to run for POTUS. It was not only the Left and the masked Antifa thugs, the modern-day version of the Democrat founded Ku Klux Klan, but it was also the media minions, as well as the Hollywood elitists who publicly expressed their venom. Images of Trump’s severed head, slanderous and venomous manifestations of outright hatred are regularly displayed. This is acceptable? If any other individuals would display this type of inhumanity and rabid displays of hate, those bastions of “justice” on the Left would have their moments on the daily news circuit. This is absolutely a double standard and an absolutely one-sided, singular dimension of reality, and is totally intolerant of the value of other human beings. And, although such practices are deemed hypocritical and grossly intolerant, the MSM and the Leftist sycophants continue to get away with it. All Democrat leaders and their mobilized minions will continue to spew their intolerant hatred for Trump and his supporters. So, where are the people who will stand up to such cultural degeneration and such crimes against the public?

Additionally, hate from one political party’s leadership has been the stimulating force behind the elaborately-planned impeachment charade. This nefarious effort involved deceit, fabrication of crimes with slickly conceived narratives to charge an innocent man with criminal activities, and efforts to assassinate Trump’s character through assault and slander and false witness. These ugly efforts originated in people who sought to overturn a genuine election and who pursued the hope of adversely influencing a fair election in 2020. This is a new twist on an age-old tactic practiced by people who learned well that deceit works in a world in which lies are quite commonplace. A tactic of communists is to accuse their enemies of committing crimes they themselves are guilty of committing. A tactic of communists is to fabricate a Big Lie used against their enemies to eliminate opposition. The communists learned this from Adolf Hitler. The use of propaganda has been the more recent development of deliberate deception. It has been around since the beginning of human history. Saul Alinksy paid tribute to the “great deceiver” in his book Rules for Radicals. The contemporary Democrat leaders have been able to fabricate such astounding deceit against the American public it would make Hitler’s and Stalin’s disinformation specialists quite envious. Criminals use deceit as an element in commission of crimes. Criminals who use deceit and who generate hatred in a targeted manner against innocent people need to receive judgment and justice in accordance with the nature of the crimes committed. It is the commission of crimes--especially hate crimes--that demand justice be carried out. Is this not what the bastions of Justice on the Left demand? But, Justice is real for everyone--it can be a double-edged sword. If justice is not carried out, corrections to those wronged cannot bring about the proper settlement of the injustice done. There are quite enough “crazy,” or deranged people running around loose who could be stimulated to put hatred into substantial efforts to harm targeted others.

An extreme version of hatred solidified in action occurs in violent actions against targeted individuals. That can be, and has been manifested against people wearing a simple sports cap with MAGA letters emblazoned on it. The most extreme version is in the “killing of the king,” or an assassination of a popular public figure. One individual who was on the wrong end of a hate crime was GOP Rep. Steve Scalise, the GOP who almost lost his life to a hate-based domestic terror attack. Scalise tweeted out in January that: “It’s clear: Impeachment was a Democrat hit job to stain Trump’s legacy and hurt him at the polls. Nothing more.” - Steve Scalise (@SteveScalise) January 12, 2020 But, the impeachment attack against the POTUS is actually much more. Not since the days of the old Democrat-established Confederacy representing the White Power establishments in the Deep South has such hatred towards a POTUS or toward individuals been demonstrated. The hatred of Trump parallels the hatred of Abraham Lincoln from Democrat leaders of the Confederate States. That hatred of LIncoln still manifests in Libertarian politics today. Then, as now, the hatred was not just a hatred for the POTUS. The political divisions were instigated by hatred of the idea that black people, held as slaves, could be equal under the law. Today, the hatred of Trump supporters is demonstrative of similar intolerance and a superiority complex of the political class over the “common folk,” or deplorables as Hillary Clinton would label “We the People.” Democrat leadership has clearly demonstrated that they believe the law is for the “common folk” and not them. The Democrat leaders view themselves as above the rule of law--specifically, above the limits and restrictions of the Constitution against destroying the balance of power among the three branches of our government.

Yet, in these past three years, the Democrat leadership has shown the American people how important investigations can be. Not only did the Democrat leadership demonstrate their hatred of the POTUS with a flair through all the sham investigations, they have also demonstrated that they used hate-based investigations as impediment to fulfilling their elected duties as leaders of the people’s government, which in itself shows up as genuine abrogation of responsibilities as elected officials, which is something they are trying to pin on Trump. Simple failure to carry out one’s duties should be enough of a reason to throw the guilty parties out of elected office. Beyond that, if in fact hate crimes were committed, resulting in treasonous actions against the Republic or in violation of the Constitution, those responsible for initiating such crimes should be held accountable. The POTUS must carry out his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution against ALL enemies -- foreign and domestic. It is the duty of the POTUS to ensure justice is carried out. Otherwise, the POTUS would be guilty of being derelict in his duties as the people’s representative. Since the Democrats are so fond of investigations, serious investigations into criminal activity should be the best way to bring about genuine justice. Attorney General William Barr needs to diligently focus on criminal investigations into any government officials who broke the law during the various stages of development leading to the impeachment charges by the House of Representatives. Attorney General Barr now needs to diligently focus on the crimes of Democrat leaders who actually conspired to overthrow a duly elected president. As President Trump said, this should never happen to any other president. A precedent has been established by the Democrat leaders in Congress; so, a president needs to establish an absolute precedent for such a thing to never happen again.
