A British artist is going to appear on television.

Colin Willey from Dorset has been interviewed on BBC1’s Flog It during filming at Lulworth Castle in the county. “I was contacted by a researcher for the show by email and invited to go along and talk about what inspires me to paint Lulworth Cove,” explains Colin from Dorchester. “For the filming I was interviewed by the show’s host, Paul Martin. The main part of the show is about members of the public taking their objects to be valued and then they have the option to take them to auction. “They also have a segment in the show about the area they are filming in, which is the bit my interview will be in. All being well I should be on the show sometime next year.” Colin’s studio (venue 74) is open between 10am and 3pm from May 24 to June 8 as part of Dorset Art Weeks.
