As to the burgeoning “birther” kerfuffle....

It matters not one whit whether Barack Obama was born in Kenya, Honolulu, or downtown Chicago. The simple truth is that he is NOT an American in spirit, heart, or soul, & should have never been given the keys to the Oval Office.
Ted Cruz, on the other hand, even had he been born in Moscow, Russia, would still be as pure an American as one can be, and, given the dreadful anti-American ruin of the past seven years, would be a dramatic improvement over Barack Obama. Go Ted Cruz! John W. Lillpop San Jose, California

John W. Lillpop is a recovering liberal. “Clean and sober” since 1992 when last he voted for a Democrat. For years, John lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, the very liberal sanctuary city which protects, rather than prosecutes, certain favored criminals.  John escaped the Bay Area in May and now lives in Pine Grove California where conservative values are still in vogue.
