Why did the Pentagon let 163 enemy spy balloons in? and 100 drones?

Balloon-attack: China 164 v. USA 0

2 Feb 2023. Mainstream media got scandalized by “a spy in the sky”, a big (22 m/70 ft.) Chinese balloon over Montana, one of America’s three nuclear missile silo fields. (China’s Spy Balloon Over Montana Is Part Of A Larger, More Troubling Pattern)

Several F-22 and 3 US Air Force Stratotankers1 flew under it.2 By the way, none of the photos show identifying tail codes3, just like chemtrail planes, they don’t even have registration painted signs4):

The Pentagon dismissed China’s excuse of a civilian weather balloon blown off track5 but refused to shoot it down: it’s “currently travelling at an altitude well above commercial air traffic and does not present a military or physical threat to people on the ground.” (We didn’t) “take kinetic action due to the risk to safety and security of people on the ground from the possible debris field.” The 3 Feb 2023 alleged explosion was a hoax.6 A new balloon over Canada was also fake.7

Sooner or later, the balloon would fall somewhere causing damages/deaths. Why wait? Why wouldn’t they use disintegrative instead of kinetic weapons? Why not just using wave weapons to fry the circuits / batteries or cut solar power? Fear of retaliation? or was there something else?

Pentagon: “we know exactly where this balloon is, exactly what it is passing over… It has happened a handful of other times over the past few years”. Tricky word, “handful”: in that very press conference, the spokesman didn’t deny “163 balloons were made sense of in the UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) report.” One can have a handful of 163 rice grains, not 163 balloons, the last one big as “two school buses”.

“In January, the Pentagon’s newly formed All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and ODNI’s National Intelligence Manager for Aviation (NIM-A) jointly released an unclassified version of an annual report to Congress on UAPs. That report said that there had been 366 newly cataloged UAP incidents in 2022 – including older incidents AARO and NIM-A were not previously aware of – 163 of which were said to have been "balloon or balloon-like entities"9 (the rest, probably enemy drones but “the Pentagon acts like they are UFOs”10).

For instance, 16 Feb 2022, F-22 were sent but didn’t shoot a balloon over Kauai, Hawaii11, location of The Pacific Missile Range Facility, one of the most advanced testing sites, described by the Navy as “the world’s largest instrumented multi-environmental range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air, and space operations.”12

Then, why was there so much hype with just one balloon? With batteries charged by solar panels, balloons navigate with an AI flight control unit which predicts wind directions with sensor data: “the past number of times it did not loiter over the continental United States for an extended period of time ...I think the thing that is different is the altitude and of course the willingness to put it over the continental United States for an extended period of time.”

Yet, the Pentagon refused to recognize it as a threat: “whatever the surveillance payload is on this balloon, it does not create significant value added over and above what the PRC (China) is likely able to collect through things like satellites in Low Earth Orbit."'17  How would they know? No press asked if they had captured or shot any of the prior balloons.

The lack of response to the threat proves once again the loyalty of the Bidens to China. There’s an obvious conflict of interest between the “Commander in chief” (the President) and China, considering he and his family made millions and could be blackmailed for influence trafficking, bribes and corruption with China.18

Source:

“The Bank of China gave the Bidens 10% of a billion-dollar investment fund, and Hunter has repeatedly acknowledged that he worked for the "spy chief of China." Do you think Joe Biden is worried about a Chinese spy balloon flying over our nuclear arsenal?”19

Disclaimer: due to proven massive election fraud in 202020 (and 2022, nothing changed), Biden isn’t really legitimate, but for simplicity, this document assumes that he is considered president.

Biden’s treason wasn’t enough reason, for inaction: but raised suspicions to the point that Sen. Hawley demanded ”investigation Into Biden's troubling response to Chinese spy balloon”21. Masons in the three branches of Government must have orders to cover for him to achieve something else than protecting his pockets and image. Just like Nixon, he is expendable, considering that they have Kamala ready to succeed him.

Returning to threat assessment. Despite of surveillance threat, there was no media reaction when Google (Alphabet) burned hundreds of millions22 on Loon balloons.23 The balloon's slower speed allows it to loiter over and monitor the target area for longer periods, while a satellite is restricted to its fast orbital pass. Did Loons fail or were they made obsolete by low orbit satellite constellations (e.g. Starlink) capable of relaying information?

Then, why would China use spy balloons when it has satellites? The ridiculous answer by masonic BBC proves they were hiding something: “to signal to Washington: 'While we want to improve ties, we are also ever ready for sustained competition, using any means necessary', without severely inflaming tensions.”24

Another disinformation came from the masonic Forbes: the balloon was just a test on US reaction to a future Chinese action on Taiwan.25

If according to the Pentagon, balloons don’t add military value to satellites, why would China waste resources with 163 balloons, time after time?

Balloons, dirigibles and aerostats could be supersized for heavy payloads, capable of many satellite functions (yet the bigger, the more vulnerable). Unlike balloons, satellites can’t do lower range surveillance, especially:

  • Intercept weak transmissions: cellphones, towers, handies, etc.
  • Communication and datalink nodes (amplifying, repeating, relaying signals and hacked data to aircraft, upper satellites or ground stations)
  • Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR): tracking moving ground targets
  • Tracking air and missile threats (especially , hypersonic weapons)
  • Carry weapons: nuclear device (including EMP capability), bio-bombs, geoengineering (sun dimming, chemtrails), etc.

The Pentagon can’t deny they know that, since they do it themselves:

  • 2015-2017 JLENS (Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Elevated Netted Sensor System) costed 2 billion, despite “the cost to launch and operate balloons for months is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, versus tens of millions needed to launch and operate aircraft or satellites.”
  • 2019 COLD STAR (Covert Long-Dwell Stratospheric Architecture) involved a pilot test of 25 balloons.26
  • 2023 disclosed budget for balloons was 27 millions.27

There’s also a Russian doll threat. What if the Chinese hid a smaller balloon and it’s equipment inside the larger one? The US military would observe the payload hanging from the larger balloon, considering it safe, but this overconfidence would prevent them from further analysis of an inner one, especially if it’s not transparent to radar, X-rays, etc. What if it includes a weapon which would go off receiving a detonating signal (or not receiving a defusing signal) from the ground or from a Chinese satellite above or that? How were the military so sure this was an inoffensive satellite? Assuming they had all the tech to assess that:

Is there a plausible explanation for letting 163 balloons fly by?

A reader posted: “let's assume they want to harm or kill U.S. citizens ... then of course the U.S. govt will do nothing because they also want to harm and kill us.”28

It has been proven several times, that intel agencies violate anti-domestic-spying laws by using foreign agencies to gather domestic data. For instance, LinCT (International Leadership in Counter Terrorism) is an alliance of "5 eyes" to share assets and information between the intelligence of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.29 “The PRISM program gathers user information from technology firms such as Google, Apple and Microsoft, while the Upstream system gathers information directly from the communications of civilians via fiber cables and infrastructure as data flows past.”30

It’s not only about intel barter (“I spy for you, you spy for me”) or business (“I pay you to spy for me”) but about gaining domestic power of those who founded and control the intelligence agencies: freemasons. They use that intel for bribing, extortion, sabotage, insider trading, anticipating markets or the political opponents, etc.

In 1999, US congressmen warned that the ECHELON system could be used to monitor U.S. citizens.31 “Eavesdropping operations were not only being employed in the interests of 'national security,' but were regularly abused for corporate espionage in the service of (mason) US business interests.”32 Even the European wrote a report titled "An Appraisal of the Technology of Political Control".33

  • 5 Eyes+ included France, Germany, Japan and South Korea (2018).
  • 9 Eyes: adds Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Norway.14
  • 14 Eyes SIGINT Seniors Europe, or "SSEUR": 9 Eyes plus Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden.
  • 5 Eyes Computer network exploitation includes Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
  • The Counterterrorist Group: 17 European states of the Club of Berne, plus USA.
  • NATO Special Committee: heads of the security services of NATO's 30 member countries.

It sounds impossible that US intelligence would cooperate with it’s alleged enemy (China), but that’s exactly what happened with the Wuhan lab. It’s not USA cooperation, it’s global freemasons fully aligned with the Chinese Communist Party! Freemason media disinformation attempts (Forbes, BBC) prove that they are covering up the truth.

4 Feb 2023, due to the uproar, after being allowed to spy from coast to coast, it was shot down on the Atlantic, (off the coast of South Carolina), by an F-22 Raptor out of Langley Air Force base with a single AIM-9X sidewinder missile. Too little, too late (1 out 164).

Note: F-22 jet’s condensation trail (completely different from chemtrails)

From the image, it seems it wasn’t a Russian doll:

China answered: China strongly disapproves of and protests against the US attack on a civilian unmanned airship by force… the US use of force is a clear overreaction and a serious violation of international practice. China will resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company concerned, and reserves the right to make further responses if necessary.34

Yet, US military leaders said they were confident the aircraft was used for espionage.35 It’s no coincidence that the balloon avoided Russia: they would have shot it down instantly, unlike the US.
