When filling out forms for the US Senate seat for the state of Illinois, under the "Threat of Perjury", he stated that he had "never been known" or "used any other names" in the past. He clearly states in his books that he was known as "Barry Sotero". This is a clear-cut felony!!!! Because of this, he can be impeached for "high-crimes (felony)" immediately!!! Thank You.
