Dithering Obama should heed these wise words of Napoleon.
Here we go again, starting a vast military operation with a half-vast plan to "bruise not break" Bashar Assad's regime of terror. NATO should destroy all of Assad's military bases with a perfect storm of missiles and bombs. As Napoleon said: "If you start to take Vienna, take Vienna." William Bedford
