Who would have thunk it? The Democrat's safest Senate seat--GONE! According to the Democrat's description, it was stolen by a guy in an evil green pick-up.

We can think of it as Joe the Plumber's revenge on Beacon Hill. One the first anniversary of his ascension to the Presidency Obamacare is dead. President Obama made the theft of 1/6th of the U.S. economy by the federal government his signature issue. According to him his presidency would rise or fall on Obamacare. The people of Massachusetts sent a resounding message "We do not like your policies Mr. President!" It would appear that Obamacare is the first casualty. But is Obamacare really dead? According to Ben Smith writing at the Politico "On Plan "C"?": "Sen. Jim Webb puts out a statement that puts the notion of a quick Senate vote out of reach and pretty much makes a certification fight moot - And good luck getting Lieberman to vote for cloture this week, anyway." So, Plan "C" is dead in the Senate for the moment but what about Plan "B"? Plan "B" is the passing, unchanged, in House of the Senate's Christmas Eve version of Obamacare, H.R. 3590. On January 9th, 2010, Canada Free Press published an article: "Socialized Healthcare is Closer than You Think" . On January 18th,, the New York Times was just catching up with information you had nine days earlier. In an article entitled "Hoping It Won't Be Needed, Democrats Ponder a Backup Plan on Health Care Bill", David M. Herzenhorn writes:
"WASHINGTON --With the Massachusetts special election for United States Senate increasingly unpredictable, Democrats in Washington are contemplating a fall-back plan to advance far-reaching health care legislation, even if a Republican victory on Tuesday deprives Senate Democrats of the crucial 60th vote they need to overcome filibusters. For the moment, at least, the preferred Plan B would be to try to persuade House Democrats to approve the health care bill that the Senate adopted on Christmas Eve, obviating the need for an additional Senate vote and sending the measure directly to President Obama for his signature, administration officials and Congressional aides said on Sunday."
Ask yourself why is the N.Y. Times so slow to recognize "Plan B"? Could it really be that I was the first person to actually read Harry Reid's Senate Bill? (Until now, you thought Billy Bob Thornton made a Bad Santa!) We know through their own admissions that there are just some jobs that America's elected Representatives won't do anymore: Actually read the legislation that they inflict on us. As late as 11:30 P.M. last night Nancy Pelosi seem oblivious to the implication's of Scott Brown's hijacking--Politically - Dead women walking? Certainly not in her mind. What remains to be seen is how many House Democrats will be willing to go along with such a naked theft? After the voters of the Blue-est of all Blue States sent such a resounding message does she really think that her seat or her Speakership is safe? Nancy read the tire tracks! For God's sake! No, I think that Obama and Pelosi are such rabid ideologues that they will simply regroup and spend whatever they have to out of Obama's "Stash" (A.K.A. last years Stimulus Bill and repaid TARP funds) to buy whatever votes they need to pass Plan B. The have $625,000,000,000.00 still in reserve for exactly such an emergency. So, look for Democrat Representatives to begin lining up as early as this morning at the Speaker's office and the Whitehouse for the district by district, House version of the "Ben Nelson/Mary Landrieu" incentivized vote buying scheme. Its okay it's your as yet unborn grandchildren's money. They won't say anything. Here again is the House Bill to be concerned with: (H.R. 3590) entitled: "An Act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the first-time homebuyers credit in the case of members of the Armed Forces and certain other Federal employees, and for other purposes.'' - HR 3590 EAS/PP Sounds innocent enough, which is why you need to let your representatives know that you are on to it. Forget the Tea--This time! - How about we throw the entire Democrat "Leadership" in Boston Harbor? IF they attempt this end run around the Constitution and popular will.
