Biden Cover-up? ACLJ Demands Answers in Court on Terrorists Crossing U.S. Border

As ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow explains, "The government isn't going to police itself.” Because of this, we've filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request demanding answers as to WHY a detailed, public press release exposing terrorists infiltrating America through our southern border was suddenly set to private. The notice, posted to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website, was about two Yemeni men on the terror watch list who attempted to cross into the United States via the southern border.
