Biden/Kamala’s DOD authorized to put US citizens, faithful in its sights

Proponents of the First Amendment are already “doing time,” unconstitutionally convicted by the Biden-Harris Department of Justice for exercising their right to assemble and express their opinion, having done so peacefully and, in many cases, prayerfully.

Praying publicly has come under the umbrella of seditious activity according to the current administration’s policy. Beverly Beatty Williams, a young mother who has been convicted of blocking an abortion clinic in New York, is being sent to prison for 3½ years because she had the temerity to pray peacefully in front of the facility. This is a direct attack on First Amendment rights in that none of the “perpetrators” were aggressively confronting anyone who wished to enter the building.

Anyone who has handed out pamphlets in public places, which includes sidewalks in front of private facilities, is now suspect for “interfering” with another individual’s personal choice, even if no intimidation is presented. That the current Biden-Kamala administration considers prayer to be intimidation is, in itself, a violation of expression of free speech.

What is disturbing about the conviction and incarceration of individuals exercising their First Amendment rights, is that the “crimes” are focused on prayer and peaceful demonstrations that aren’t advocated by this administration. On the flip side, any protesters, including violent ones, are tolerated, coddled and released without consequences by Biden-Harris. The anti-Israel, pro-Hamas terrorists that destroyed property and physically attacked Jews on campuses and in public places were freed to do it all again.

The bias is inescapable and now the Biden-Harris Department of Defense has been given the green light to pinpoint people like Beatty Williams and 75-year-old Paula Harlow as threats for standing before a facility and praying in public.

DOD Directive 5240.01, signed September 27, 2024, even opens the door for possible lethal action against individuals, who may be unarmed but deemed a threat to the community (read that “to Biden-Harris’ agenda”), in “exigent circumstances.” It authorizes using the military to “assist” federal agencies, civilian state and local law enforcement...

“1.1. APPLICABILITY. a. This issuance applies to OSD, the Military Departments, the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Staff, the Combatant Commands, the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies, the DoD Field Activities, and all other organizational entities within the DoD (referred to collectively in this issuance as the “DoD Components”).

“3.2. PERMISSIBLE ASSISTANCE. a. ...the following Defense Intelligence Component intelligence assistance to any Federal department or agency, including a Federal law enforcement agency, or to a State or local law enforcement agency when lives are in danger, are authorized...”

There is a war being waged by Kamala Harris against those of faith. Her own words have convicted her. When a couple of college students yelled “Jesus is Lord” at a rally in Michigan last week, without taking a beat to respond, Harris clearly said, “You’re at the wrong rally,” and recommended they visit the Trump event in another part of the city, at which point she had them escorted from the premises.

Did Harris and her handlers consider these young men to be a menace to her agenda because they believe in Christ, which many democrats do? And Dr. Ahmed Ghanim, a Muslim and former democrat congressional candidate, is still waiting for an explanation as to why he was removed from a Harris rally in Detroit, October 21, 2024.

Will individuals expressing their faith, be they Christian, Jewish, Buddhist or Muslim, be considered at odds with the policies she’s supported and will further should she be given the key to the White House?

These are legitimate questions when those who publicly disagree with the oppressive policies Biden and Harris have implemented, and would continue to institute, are targeted as dangerous to the administration’s objectives. That would include speaking out against mandates that infringe on personal choice regarding the kind of vehicle citizens prefer to own and drive, or appliances they use in their household, let alone their religious preference.

There is no place in a constitutional republic – the United States of America is not a “democracy” though it employs the democratic process of elections – for the takeover of governance by administrative agencies empowered by the Office of the President.

The Constitution extends very little power to the presidency, and the regular overreach instituted via executive orders, memoranda and administrative directives published in the Federal Register are not laws applied constitutionally. As such, they carry no real ability to be legally enforced despite armed agents regularly restraining and charging citizens, contravening statutory law.

Yet the executive branch has assigned itself such power, and this current DOD Directive is the icing on the cake for arresting, incarcerating, and even taking lethal action in the heat of the moment against individuals arbitrarily dubbed a threat. For, within this directive, Section 3.5 Exigent Circumstances, the military may be allowed 72-hours to act outside of proper legal channels and respond immediately and aggressively to protesters, even if nonviolent.

There is a clear distinction between the domestic deployment of National Guard to quell violent riots and the unconstitutional engagement of the military, whose job is to safeguard the national borders from invasion, including taking the fight against enemies overseas, to quash peaceable First Amendment gatherings.

Americans must know their rights and be willing to speak their mind in the polling booth (preferably early) and in the public square.
