In Marxism's history, as zealots slowly realized countries were not heading towards a worker's revolt, new methods emerged. These included today's transparent attempts to wreck various aspects of a functional democratic republic's state, such as the economy, military, government efficiency, state loyalty and a wholesome education system. This is transparently occurring now in the USA. Consider changes since Biden took power, with inflation spiraling, military abasement, energy flow crimped, criminals burgeoning & millions of unlettered immigrants.

Meanwhile, as haughty and increasingly illiterate media spread misinformation, the real nature of America's collapse is obscured. Universally, all elements of a healthy society are sidelined and crippled while serving a secular political religion, every aspect torpedoed by doctrinaire action. Each aspect of societal leadership is pressured to give in to this action. Reminiscent of George Orwell's 1984: "Not merely the validity of experience, but the very existence of external reality was tacitly denied by their philosophy. The heresy of heresies was common sense."

For example, public education now produces children morphing into adults who can't independently process information to sift for truth. Or, the federal government consciously constricts oil leases to purposely bloat fuel costs, for admitted reasons of ending the petroleum industry. But what if Global Warming theory is false, another hoax erected to build a global communist superstate? The WHO sang about this kind of societal deception  in Eminence Front:

Insurrectional action against the State is articulated in relation to the task of destroying the State." So, is there any doubt that Biden, inc. attempts to ruin America into socialism before they relinquish power?

Can politicians who wantonly wreak havoc on the public good, sans foi ni loi -- without faith nor law -- be punished? Perhaps US law, which treats "Sabotage" as a wartime crime, must add any acts meant to harm stability, economic health or criminal aid of our nation.
