B’nai Brith Canada congratulates Israel on the 63rd year of its modern-day statehood
TORONTO, – B’nai Brith Canada has sent its congratulations to the Jewish State on the 63rd anniversary of Yom Ha’Atzmaut, which commemorates the day when the Jewish State regained its independence.
“We celebrate the rebirth of the Jewish State and acknowledge its many accomplishments in every field of human endeavour,” said Frank Dimant, CEO of B’nai Brith Canada. “At a time when Israel’s enemies continue to deny its very right to existence, we salute the brave Israeli men and women who daily have to battle the forces of terrorism, in order to ensure the safety and security of all the country’s citizens.
