Brooklyn thief has stolen over $250K from homes, apartment buildings: cops

A thief with an eye for open and unlocked windows has robbed at least 15 Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights homes and apartment buildings since July 10, and so far has gotten away with over $250,000, police said.
