The concerns about the Just and Sustainable Peace Conference are not limited to the professors attending from Iran, who have close links to the Islamic Regime, and who promote anti-Semitic propaganda.
A more key concern should be the organizers themselves, in particular Akbar Manoussi who is an Islamic regime lobbyist in Canada. Mr. Manoussi runs the Iranian Cultural Centre which is located at the Iranian embassy in Ottawa. Further, the Canadian Islamic Congress is also linked through Mr. Manoussi to the Islamic Regime in Iran.
Iranian dissidents in Canada identify Mr. Manoussi as a regime lobbyist in Canada and it is of utmost concern for Iranian activists like me that Mr. Manoussi introduces himself as a representative of the Iranian community while promoting the agenda and propaganda of the Islamic regime.
It is very unfortunate that throughout all her comments, Elizabeth May has missed this one key point.
