Capitol Police Arrest “Pro-Trans” Man in Assault on Rep. Nancy Mace

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) was assaulted by a “pro-trans man” on Capitol grounds Tuesday evening, according to posts to Mace’s social media accounts. Capitol Police informed reporters a man had been arrested for “assaulting a government official.” Mace posted that her arm was injured, requiring a brace and some ice.

Mace drew the ire of transgender activists for waging a successful campaign last month to bar transgenders from using women’s bathrooms in the Capitol complex in the wake of the election of Democrat transgender Tim “Sarah” McBride to the House. -- More...
