The fact is that the majority of Americans supported Trump's platform of mass deportation of illegal immigrants. Recent polling confirms Americans continue to do so. As error prone as that has proven to be, ICE is performing that task. Not one person on the panel pointed this out, they all took it as gospel of de facto "human rights abuse"

Protesters are free to openly protest ICE, unlike in China. Media is free to report on both ICE and protesters, unlike in China. But like China, CBC doesn't allow a dissenting viewpoint on its state funded broadcasting panel

CBC is deliberately misrepresenting the facts, misinforming its audience, to push the views of a narrow group of progressive columnists and journalists
