So let me see if I can wrap my head around THIS one. The secular-socialist Left is attacking Christine O’Donnell for joking around on an UN-aired episode of Politically Correct – a television program that was nominated for an Emmy for (now this is important) outstanding VARIETY, Music or COMEDY Series – all because O’Donnell continues to respectfully but firmly rebuke Bill Maher’s requests for her to appear on his CURRENT show: HBO | Real Time with Bill Maher.
O’Donnell was once a regular guest on Maher’s old comedy show – hosted by him from 1993 to 2002 – and Maher collected about 20 segments that included footage of O’Donnell. Now that O’Donnell has gone and made herself famous, receiving calls from Fox News and others for interviews, Bill is threatening (with a snake-eyed look on his smirky face) to begin releasing one video clip per week until Christine acquiesces to his demands for an on-air appearance – actually having the audacity to refer to the his one sided repartee as a “hostage situation”. A classic case of no good deed going unpunished, these actions by Maher border on blackmail.
This on the heels of two GOP stalwarts – talking heads whom should know better than to EVER eat their own – beating the lady about her head and shoulders for daring to run against “the most beloved political figure” in Delaware (as Rove so-dubbed Castle). Are we all referring to the same political figure here? Mike Castle – among his LEAST egregious acts of Specter-inspired voting – pulled the lever in favor of both TARP and Cap-and-Tax.
Mike Castle’s Trojan Horse voting tactics lost him the race in Delaware equally as did O’Donnell’s Christian values – not to mention the endorsements from the Tea Party as well as this nation’s most powerful Conservative since Reagan: Sarah Palin. For Krauthammer and Rove to attack O’Donnell’s character smacks of old boy’s network GOP plotting similar to actions taken by Reid and company in 2006 when THEY decided to move Obama in place to eliminate Hillary.
And now this: The Democrat (Chris #) running against O’Donnell had his spokesman (Daniel McElhatton) go on the record to condemn Christine for not showing up on television this week-end past, claiming: “Ms. O'Donnell has not yet provided a single solution or idea on how to get our economy back on track, and I suspect she didn't want her lack of real plans highlighted on national TV.”
ARE YOU SERIOUS?! This from a man who has already made public his MARXISM?! Hey #: this nation has had nearly 2 years of Marxism brother; we now call it Obama-ism! We’ve all studied up on it AND Obama, and we realize full well the economic realities of that “solution to get our economy back on track”.
If # and company seriously believe the people of Delaware are going to vote for Marxism/Obama-ism and 6 more years of THAT “solution” to our economical situation, I posit they needs deportation – to Russia, or China, or (insert Socialist country name here).
O’Donnell was elected because she is a Conservative Christian with plans for her state and country that mirror those of the Tea Party: lower taxes; smaller government that interferes less with the population’s private lives; state’s rights; and an overall belief in American Exceptionalism. These are core, fundamental issues she shares with Sarah Palin and these values gained her not only her win, but her place alongside Senator Jim DeMint and every other member of the Senate Conservatives Group.
Witnessing continued attacks from secular-socialists/Marxists the likes of Chris #, far Left Liberals such as Bill Maher as well as unprovoked character assassinations by Republican talking heads – for her “presumptuousness” (first for defeating a RINO, now for daring to attend a pre-planned Church event with Delaware voters rather than go on TV) – is working in Ms. O’Donnell’s favor.
The more you guys hate on her, the more America loves her!
