It seems that the former Director of the CIA, Michael Morell, conveniently forgot one very important step when gathering those 51 signatures for the Hunter Biden laptop letter. Morell promised high profile officials like Leon Panetta and John Brennan, who added their names, that he’d “clear the statement with the publication review board at CIA” the next day. He never did.
