When a high-ranking politician, or his or her secretary, loses a sensitive government document he, or she, should be severely reprimanded. But when the politician fails to miss the lost document for a few days he, or she, should be fired.
The way to prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future is when politicians find it necessary to take home classified government documents, they should take them directly home and be provided with a police escort.
