Comedian” Lizz Winstead: There Was “Nothing Wrong” With Killing My Baby in an Abortion

Comedian and pro-abortion activist Lizz Winstead called it a “privilege” to share her abortion story this week on a widely-publicized online pro-abortion event.

Winstead joined Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards, former Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis and others on the online Abortion Speakout event Tuesday. She told the group that she had an abortion at Planned Parenthood when she was 16 after becoming pregnant the first time she had sex.

“Running away from abortion and not talking about abortion and acting like there’s something wrong with abortion does a disservice to everyone who’s had one and does a disservice to those who provide them. … And I, for one, refuse to participate in conversation and dialogue and language and sound bites and rhetoric that have been set up and designed to take control out of the hands of people who need it.”
