Under President Joe Biden, the reinvigorated Deep State is back at it. We took the IRS to court again for targeting a conservative CHRISTIAN organization called Christians Engaged. When the group applied for tax-exempt status, they were told in writing that their request had been denied because of their beliefs in prayer and Biblical values. The ACLJ stepped in and quickly filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and lawsuit demanding all records pertaining to the decision to deny their request.
