The good news: Power has now been restored. Great! But for how long?

So long as we continue to hang electric wires on poles we'll continue to have power outages. Toronto has to be the most hydro-poled city in North America. In some areas you can barely see the sky through the maze of hydro wires. Bury the damn things ASAP. William Bedford
