Dem Presidential candidate Jim Webb: Democrat party moved 'way far to the left' is not 'my Democratic party'

Well, Dems, you can cross "Jim Webb" off the list of presidential candidates for whom you might vote. He thinks the Democrat party has moved "way too far to the left" and that should just about end his already-meager electoral chances.

Obviously, he's right, but that doesn't really matter. The party that worships the federal government and supports statists like Obama, Hillary, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren simply can't allow someone like Webb to gain any traction. Didn't Webb get the memo? Admitting that your party has shifted into territory controlled by dangerous, uncompromising, socialists is no way to move your career forward. Webb was supposed to go out there, toe the company line, and pretend that the 'Dems haven't moved at all.' It only looks like they've moved because the GOP has become a bunch of extreme, over-zealous, right-wing fascists. Obviously, that's not true, since the GOP has moved left as well, but he's still supposed to say it. Instead, he acknowledged the truth. Oops! This level of honesty is the fastest way for any Democrat to end their run.... So long, Jim Webb. We hardly knew ye.
