Democrat congressman (VIDEO): When I die I’ll come back as a ghost to fight for ObamaCare

And you thought things were already creepy enough on Capitol Hill. Congressman Al Green, a Democrat from Houston, raises the spectre of something of Poltergeist proportions. Via CNS:

You always suspected Democrats would never give up the ghost where ObamaCare was concerned. Now you have confirmation. This also confirms a suspicion I've been considering lately. It is a generalization, to be sure, that conservatives are more faith-oriented and liberals are more secular in nature. There are lots of Christian churches filled with Obama supporters, and in fact I would venture to guess mine is one of them. But the generalization is a fair one. The left is where you find the mocking of faith, by and large, and the right is where it is generally more accepted. I think that on the secular left, government essentially serves as people's makeshift god. It is government they look to for the solutions to people's problems, and even when the solutions clearly don't work - like the war on poverty, for example - their only conceivable thought is that not enough government has been deployed. So what does that have to do with Congressman Green's statement? Simply this: When I die, I intend to spend eternity singing the praises of the Lord. When he dies, he intends to hang around here and fight for a government program. We all worship something, don't we?
