DeSantis warns opportunistic post-Ian looters that Florida is 'a Second Amendment state'

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis all but waved a gun in the face of thieves Friday. "Don't even think about looting. Don't even think about taking advantage of people in this vulnerable situation," the Republican said during an evening briefing before threatening potential pirates.
