It’s so simple I can’t believe no one has written about it yet. Unless I have missed the article, I don’t think anyone has nailed the obvious, screwed the superlative, or hammered the health care horsepuckey that Barack Obama is proposing.
Although I have not made my pledge to be a servant of the president, I thought perhaps a little advice to his highness might go a long way. In light of BHO being declared the One and the Messiah by not only his supporters but also by those purveyors of political porn (the mainstream media) here is the solution.
Send the Anointed One all across America to hospitals, rallies, rehab centers, reform schools, prisons, unemployment lines, welfare offices, nursing homes-- even to large stadiums into which the sick and dying, the lame and mentally ill, and the refuse of an otherwise healthy society can congregate and have Messiah Obama heal them all.
After all, he’s more popular than Jesus according to the latest cult followers. He might even take a few moments to greet some of our fallen heroes returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and raise them from the dead. For a man who may not even be legally qualified to hold the highest office of this land, Barack Obama’s legendary leap to the White House was nothing short of a miracle aided by a healthy dose of hatred for traditional America values mixed together with large portion of liberal media bias-- oh yes, throw in a country full of dumbed down voters who put their faith in an Empty Suit instead of God.
The old axiom “you get what you pay for” is so true. Billions were spent to secure the power of the government-- now billions are being misspent in an effort to reduce America to a second rate nation. But if BHO is truly the Messiah the Left has been waiting for, one wonders how long they will pay homage to their king. How long will they rally behind the rhetoric?
And why is it that only one congressman had the guts to openly tell Mr. Obama, “You LIE”? Is Truth so untouchable and political correctness so esteemed that we who know the difference must sit in quiet desperation?
Oh how I long for a leader whose true conscience is guided by the one true God. For a leader who speaks the truth in clear and unmistakable English. For a leader who loves this country and the principles upon which she were founded. For a leader who will admit his imperfections without allowing them to make a mockery of the presidency. For a leader who is a SERVANT of the people-- not one who is looking for others to serve him.
